Reservation and Cancellation Policy

At Marcotte Motor Court Motel, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is essential when it comes to travel arrangements. To secure your reservation, we kindly request the payment of one night's stay in advance. This initial deposit ensures that your desired accommodations are reserved specifically for you upon your arrival. The remainder of your balance will then be due at the time of check-in, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free start to your stay. Please note that our motel has a minimum stay requirement of two nights. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund of your deposit, provided you contact us at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
